- I cant believe i am in jail. I am so scared!
- All Rise!
- Hey who threw that rock at me
- RUN!
- A young man who is in prison for the first time for murder. He experiences different things in jail at night he hears people getting beat up and screaming for help. He looks in a mirror looking at himself wondering if he will be the same person after the trail.
- All i can do now is jot down notes on my experiences
- The day of the trail comes and Steve meets with his lawyer Kathy O'Brien and explains he is on trail for felony murder. Steve asks Kathy if she thinks we are going to win and she replies that it depends on what Steve means by "win".
- Now we bring Wendell Baldwin to the stand
- Hello my name is Wendell Baldwin and i will be testifying.
- Steve was throwing rocks with his friend in a park and Steve threw one and a buff guy was walking by and hit him in the head the tough guy walked over to Steve and they were like run but the tough guy punched Steve right in the face.
- Get on the floor
- Help me please he is beating me up!
- Steve copies down some notes in which he can hardly think about his movie because he hates prison so much. He also mentions how all people in prison think of is hurting someone and that they even make knives out of toothbrushes.
- The court starts back up the next day and the first witness called up to the stand is Wendell Baldwin. He testifies that he is imprisoned for breaking and entering and intent to distribute drugs. He then admits that he had gotten some cigarettes from a guy who told him he had been involved in a robbery where a guy had been killed.
- At night when Steve is in his cel alone all he hears is someone screaming for help and the sound of punches and fighting going on all night.
