- When she saw the protocol was for another Dermatology study, she sighed."Great, another team wants to do a Body Surface Area" She mumbled to herself. "Will they be OK with a linear instrument? Doctors have to click through so many screens to jump around to perform their assessment"
- At the end of the study, eCOA Emily found out that because all of her instruments were built using web view steps, the casebook generator and data dictionary tools wouldn't work. "I'm beginning to wonder why we went with Medable for eCOA. Sure they have a cool platform but it doesn't really have the features we need to collect data in our studies" She said to herself.
- They have a few properties but none of them are named correctly. There are also a bunch of values we have to add ourselves, which takes up a ton of time!
