- I recently decided to continue my education and get a masters degree that will help me with my IT job here at Smith & Co. However, I do not want to lose my job here.
- In order to complete the courses to receive my degree, I would need to take two morning classes twice a week. Is there anyway I can do that and still keep my job?
- Great decision to go back to school! Here at Smith & Co., we encourage that our employees further their education.
- We would love to keep you here, Harold. You are one of our best IT guys! Sign up for the two morning classes and let me know when they are. On those days, you can work from home whenever you are finished with the class.
- Also, we would like to help you pay for your education. We have a program here at Smith & Co. that you would definitely qualify for.
