- On a perfectly normal day at the beach, two brothers are pulled into a cosmic war that will decide the fate of the multiverse forever.
- I used to be Francis Raven, but after I was bitten by the Evil Snake, I became the High Enchanter of Catalonia, the emperor of an evil empire trying to subdue all free worlds and break the portals between them.
- I am Noah, twelve years old. In the Trucklandian language, my name is Saladin.
- I am Nate, seven years old. In the Trucklandian language, my name is Otter Warrior.
- I am Cholata, wizard and founder of the Order of the Lamassu, a secret group of rebels fighting the Enchanter.
- I am Tima, powerful wizard and wife of Cholata.
- What is this abandoned house? There's something eerie about it.
- Don't go in. It looks evil. I think I hear a rasping slither coming from it.
- Let's go in and look. We need a good adventure.
- I'm not that scared. If you don't want to come, Nate, fine. But I'm going.
- This place doesn't feel too good. And where does this door inside this weird graffitied shack lead to?
- If you want, you can go in and play there as long as it's not dangerous.
- AAAAAAAHHH!
- WHAT IS HAPPENING?!
- All of the multiverse bows before me. Come with me and I shall show you the way.
- Daddy, what has happened to you?!
- Noah, Nate, and Francis Raven (now Saladin, Otter Warrior, and the evil Enchanter) get transported via the Portal of Nimrud into a desert in a new world, Truckland.
- The Desert of Nimrud, Truckland, June 12, 350 I.Y.
- Where the hell are we? How do we get back? What happened to our dad? Look - our clothes have changed. Besides, you started this so you have to get us back!
- We have to find the brothers destined in the prophecy, Tima. They do not know what they are heading into.
- Fly quickly, Cholata. We have to go meet the brothers.
- It looks like we're in a desert. And I feel like I've dreamed about this place. Is this on Earth?
- I don't know. We don't know anywhere else but Earth. And I'm really hungry. Is there any food nearby? This seems like a nightmare. We have to wake up. And you have to get us home.
- Cholata and Tima arrive on their feathered serpent named Grithro to meet Nate and Noah.
- There is someone coming to save us now! They have magic swords. Let's hop on!
- End of Part 1
- Well, I am pleased to meet you, Nate and Noah. This world that you are in now is known as Truckland, and is one of the many worlds in the multiverse threatened by your father, now possessed by the Snake of Evil.
- Now we are taking you to Chaco Canyon, capital city of the Order of the Lamassu, rebels trying to fight your father's empire. At Chaco Canyon, your new names will be chosen.
- Thank you, Tima.
- Here is yours, Otter Warrior. We are almost at Chaco Canyon.
- Well, Saladin and Otter Warrior. These are selena, one of the most powerful and magical weapons in all of the multiverse. Only a handful were made. Once you are taught how to use them, you will be great wizards.
- Wow.
- Wow. This city is beautiful. You sure live with so many other animals. The lights are amazing!
- Welcome to Chaco Canyon - the city of heavenly light.
- Your room is this way.
- Zzz...
- Good morning, Saladin. I thought this world was a dream, but it turns out to be true. Are we really not on Earth? Let's go to Cholata's study to hear more about this new world.
- Patch, stay here. Let's go!
- I think their study is this one.
- Good morning Cholata and Tima. Could you please tell us more about this new world called Truckland? We thought this was a dream.
- We would also love to hear all about where you came from as well.
- Yes. We will be teaching you, starting today, about this land and about how to free your father from his possession. You will learn some of the most powerful magic in the multiverse. Let's get started!
- Your first task will be jumping from here to the other tower. It is okay if you fall; no one else has ever done this. If you fall, we will use magic to make sure you are not hurt.
