It's not fair that they were cheating when everybody else put their time and effort into the test and worked hard.

Explain.They cheated by talking to each other during the test and shared their answers and asked each other for help.How would you handle this situation if you were placed in this situation?I would honestly be disappointed but it's none of my business so I would interfere, and they fall is on them in the future because if they didn't get the question the teacher would they were struggling on this particular subject so they the teacher plan a tutoring session with them and explain the subject they don't get until they understand it.
