Hello, my name is Jose. During the pandemic we have all gone through hard times but that has not stopped us from getting ahead as a family and today I will tell you how we face it.
In my family we have followed most of the recommendations given by MINSA and others that were established in my home.
They are my family: my mom and my brother. They will tell you what healthy lifestyle habits in the context of the health emergency and the vaccination process do we maintain in our family?
In the pandemic, hygiene became an important factor in our lives, therefore, all the instructions given had to be followed to the letter to improve our healthy lifestyle and keep us protected. Some of these indications are very common, such as wearing a double mask or KN95 mask when we go to a public space, keeping a distance of 1 meter, getting vaccinated and having all three doses, presenting the vaccination card with the doses up to date, complying with the regulations sanitary dictated by the MINSA and wash your hands frequently.
At home, some of the new measures taken were specifically targeted to keep the family safe. These regulations seek to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Rules such as washing food before consuming it, cleaning and disinfecting the house, changing the mask when its use is already impaired, cleaning the soles of shoes, using alcohol and personal gel and avoiding allergies that make us vulnerable to the virus.
While in my community, public activities, meetings or parties have become private and not flashy. The pandemic has totally changed socialization in our community, but we always look for a way to go out and carry out activities with the corresponding care.
