- A family cleaning out the attic casualy until the wife or mom in the story descovers the monkeys paw. Obviously confused by the discovery she sharses it with her family.
- They decided to take there discovery to the dining room.The wife and son had an idea that maybe it could confirm 3 wishes. They requested that he wish for a delicious meal.
- They become startled by there wife/mom suddenly becoming unable to talk .During the commosion they dont realize there wish of a delicious meal appears on the table behind them.Obviously confused, they really dont know what to do with her. At this point, the son sees the plate of food and begins to realize his wish had come true.
- All three in disbeleif that the wish came true but even more so that there was a consequince from it.Thinking about any possibilty that they could reverse what was done to her.They are coming up with ideas but realizing what if there was another was another consequince of a wish.
- Acting out of no thought, he wishes for his wife to to be healed and for all wishes to be reversed.They wait in anticiaption, hoping that something will happen and the wish will be reversed.
- Suddenly The wife begins to softly speak, barely able to get out any words but able to speak. As time passes she regains her ability to speak.
