- Your skin helps protect your insides. See how when you fell you only got a little cut, that's what your skin is made for. It helps shield your muscle and bones from things that could hurt them
- Did you also know that the reason you sweat is to protect you too. The reason you sweat is to cool yourself down when you get too hot, and your sweat comes from glands in your body.
- Just my skin protects me from bad germs?
- Your skin also protects you from any bad germs so you won't get sick.
- No, your hair also protects you from germs and dirt and dust. Your eyelashes protect your eyes from dirt and dust. There's even hair in your nose and ears to keep them safe
