  • BILL: Freedom from torture and pain
  • After a long 3 months of debate regarding this new bill, the House of Representatives has passed this bill and it is now being passed to the Senate.
  • HOPPER
  • The given idea turned to a bill, went through the House of Representatives. Got passed with a 51% acceptance. Now the bill is being given to the Senate for further deliberation.

  • 2) That's why we demand to search your house
  • 5) I live alone and I do not consent to this search. Now please go if there's nothing else.
  • The police officers in this example approached a random house to check whether the owners have drugs in them. The woman in this example can refuse because she lives alone, there is nobody inside. If there ever was someone inside, that person is not in immediate danger, due to a medical reason and/or it is currently unsafe. The woman can refuse for the police officers to check her house., because of the 4th Amendment from the Bill of Rights.
  • 3) Do you have a warrant or probable cause?
  • 1) We think that you are hiding drugs in your house, ma'am.
  • 4) No. But we don't need one.
  • 2) Stop talking. You are so annoying
  • In this hypothetical scenario. the two girls used to be best friends but Skylar (the one to the left) ditched the other girl (Mia) for other friends. Mia tries to talk to her old friend but Skylar tells Mia she is annoying. The Bill of Rights would protect this situation because the 1st Amendment protects citizens' right to speech, religon, press, assembly and more. .
  • 3) I technically can because of the 1st Amendment in the Bill of Rights.
