- 6th amendment it makes sure there is a fast trial a equal jury, and an attorney if the accused person wants one.
- 7th amendment there are 12 peers who decide if you are guilty or not guilty instead of judge.
- 8th amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishments like death.
- the 9th amendment gives U.S Citizens rights that arent listed in the constitution.
