- Malala's Father: We have to stand up against the terrorist we can't just watch them take over our country.
- Taliban Leader: All women have to stay at home and clean they should never go to school.
- After the incident Malala's parents took Malala and travelled to the UK.
- WINTER 2009, The Taliban threaten Malala's father and all who say women need to go to school.

- Malala's Mother: We have to save her, we have to travel.
