- i wish this school had the money to have swimming facilities maybe then i could showcase my swimming talents.
- what’s wrong? you look upset.
- i wish our bathrooms were better taken care of and cleaner
- i wish i lived in the city, i’d be able to go to school there where i’d be recognised for my swimming no have more friendship opportunities
- this is jemma she is an exceptional swimmer and desperately wants to compete at school so she can be recognised and maybe get a scholarship for swimming to UCT though her area doesn’t have swimming nor are there any community pools close by her area.
- i’ve been thinking actually.. and i think that’s a great a day

- Her school doesn’t have the money to properly care for it and maintain it and it acts as a major safety issue.

- i’m so excited to be in this new school. my old school didn’t have as well kept lockers as these and ive made so many friends

- Jenna finnaly started swimming competitively for her school and was reaching great expectations
- this is jenny she is extremely good at swimming and wants to compete and eventually wants to get a scholarship for it as UJ but she goes to school in a poor area
- jennas old area now suffers the consequence of urban migration as the people who are talented such as jenna have gone to areas which can cater for them. This has caused so many of the youth of the rural area to leave and now the old people are left to take care of it.
