- I'm here to help! Did you know the woods have many food sources and you can build a fire.
- Problem: Sarah is lost in the woods, and she is getting cold and hungry.

- Decomposition: Is Sarah able to build a fire without matches? Can she find other people to help her? Sarah needs to findenough dry wood to build a fire to stay warm. She also needs to find food.

- Pattern Matching: Most woods have a river/lake that you can fish for food and pick berries from bushes. Most woods have dry wood to build a fire.
- We forgot to put the fire out!
- Abstraction: Sarah and Captain Computational don't need to focus on the beautiful scenery, but they do need to focus on finding food and wood.
- Algorithm Design: Captain Computational helps Sarah build a fire. Step one: place the gathered wood in a pile. Step two: surround the logs with rocks. Step three: rub two of the small sticks together until you get a spark. They also picked berries for food and caught fish.
- Debugging: An alternative solution if building the campfire didn't work would be to find a cabin to stay warm. If Captain Computational and Sarah's fire got out of hand,they would need to find help. The fire department would put the fire out.
