I did the Continental Army and Mary did the British.

  • Slide: 1
  • I think we are going to win this war! We have a lot of disadvantages but we will still fight!
  • Yes! We can win because we have the motivation and heart! This fight means something to us.
  • I have no idea how we can win this war. The British have way more troops, and their troops are trained really well. We have a few untrained volunteers as our army.

  • Did you hear about the Hessian mercenaries that the British hired? I don't know how we will fight them!
  • I don't know how, either. Maybe if we stay away from the big battles we won't lose as many men to them. We can use guerilla warfare tactics to our advantage.
  • Our army has better leaders anyways. We have George Washington, and we know the land better too.
  • Oh, yeah, we do. We can use that as an advantage because the British are on foreign soil, but this is our home.
  • Slide: 3
  • France and Spain have officially decided to help us! Maybe we can beat the British now!
  • We have the heart to fight too! The British don't really care about this, but it's personal for us. We will never give up until the British leave us alone.
  • We will win!!! We will never give up. Who cares if the Redcoats have more supplies and soldiers? Nobody does, because we have the motivation to win.
