  • Regular exercise is one of the top ways to manage or prevent depression. Although studies haven't shown why. Studies show that working out for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week for around 7-9 weeks should help, the most common physical activity is running.

  • Therapy is one of the leading treatments for depression it helps strengthen your confidence level and the way you look at yourself, it focuses on things that are close and important to you. It isn't about feeling better, therapy wants you to live better.

  • In 2017 studies showed that people with depression improved their well-being when they received advice on their diet and ate a healthy diet for at least 12 weeks. Foods that are low in nutrients cause stress so, the diet that studies recommend is based around eating high nurturance food
