- Ayo we should rob this house
- Are you crazy man this is a gated community they got cameras everywhere

- I'm so sick of being so far away from the coffee shop we should move to the suburbs at-least. We have more than enough to afford it!!!!!!

- I mean I guess honey but I like all the space we have here

- I miss all the space we had when we lived in the exurbs

- Gated communities are neighborhoods surrounded by a gate and you usually need a code to get in. People who live in gated communities have a certain list called CCRs. They have to sign a contract to follow all the rules. If they break the rules they get fined.

- Just me and you baby plus the horses
- The exburbs are right outside of the suburbs. This means they're farther away from the city. People that live in exburbs are usually wealthy and their houses are spaced out.
- Gentrification
- Living in the suburbs is similar to living in exurbs. The main difference is the suburbs are right outside of the city. Suburbs aren't super crowded but they don't have open space like exurbs.
- Central Business District
- I'm so scared for this job interview
- Living in a rural area means there is a lot of open space. You only have a couple of neighbors. The population density is very low. Pricing is much lower for luxurious houses in rural areas than urban areas.

- Gentrification Is when wealthy people move into poor urban areas and renovate the houses. This can be a bad thing because it prevents low income families from moving in because it is much harder to afford.
- I don't think I can afford this house anymore
- Central business district is where the market and business are in the main point of the city. Central business district is also known as downtown. An example of a central business district is New York City.
