- Oh, im okay I guess. I just came over here to drop off something, since i wont need it anymore,

- Do you think what Max did today was kinda...weird?
- Yeah, i'm really worried about him.

- - Acting differently/unusual around others-Saying unusual things (I don't deserve to live, my life is worthless, etc.)-GIVING AWAY PERSONAL BELONGINGS TO OTHERS
- Honey, I think you should help him get some help. He should have some one to talk to before thinking of ending his life.
- Mom, I think my friend is thinking about comitting suicide, what should I do?
- My mom was right. I talked to my school guidance counselor and managed to get lots of help for Max.
- Since then, Max has beem much more relaxed and happy. Reaching out is the best way to help someone during a difficult time when someone has a very bad mental health.
