- the rebellion was led by Haden Edwards because he got land to sell from mexico but there were already people living there and Haden got frustrated because he couldn't sell land so he decided to make the land he got from mexico an independent place called fredonia so he started the rebellion with help from a native tribe but stephen F austin stoped it.
- the runaway scrape
- Stephan f Austin was arrested for trying to rebel against the Mexican because when Santa Anna became a dictator he thought that the Texans would use that and rebel.
- when texas got independance
- the Mexican troops where leading the Texan prisoners to where they would be release but then they got shot point blank, knifed to death and burned their body to show no mercy for Texans.

- Stephan f Austin had to run away from Santa Annas troops but while he was doing that he had to burn down city to make sure that Santa Anna couldn't get any more supply
- santa anna told his guards to sleep which was his biggest mistake because he thought that since he had more troops the texas wouden't go for a attack in the night.
- after they won their Independence they they went back to where finland and his troops died to give them a proper memorial by inscribing all their names on stone.
