"Tell me, what truly defines an empire? Is it size, strength, culture, or something more?"
(Thoughtfully) "What good is strength without wisdom? Democracy ensures that an empire's power is fair."
(Interjecting) "But without strength, an empire crumbles. Laws and military might are the backbone of any great nation."
(Challenging)"And what about tradition? If an empire forgets its roots, it will collapse. But we also need to change to survive."
(Firmly) "It is our ability to govern large areas without losing our identity. Flexibility is key."
Panel 4: The debate begins.

(Pounding the table) "Strength alone isn't enough to keep an empire going forever. If we don't adapt, we’ll start to fall apart!"
(Solemnly) "Even the smartest people can't predict every problem. Empires are delicate and need careful attention."
(Resigned) "Our traditions give us strength, but they can also hold us back. The world is changing, and so must we."
(Angrily) "But how can we maintain our identity while expanding? The more we grow, the more we risk losing ourselves!"
Panel 5: The heated debate continues...
Slide: 3
(Gently)"Empires are both strong and fragile. You've all shared good ideas, but no single approach is enough for long-lasting success. An empire needs to be strong but also flexible, smart but open to change, proud of its past but ready to evolve."
(Softly) "So, an empire's true strength is in how well it can adapt?"
(Nodding) "Yes. An empire's future depends not just on power, but on its ability to grow, change, and survive over time. Now go and think about what you've learned."
