  • Anyways! This is it for today story! In summary, this story has introduced to you different perspectives of how the European diseases spread and how that impacted their lives!

  • I have trained my whole life and dreamt my whole life to become a sailor and be respected as one, but when I was old enough to understand the fact that girls aren't allowed to sail because of unfairness, I knew I had to do something.
  • I trained even harder, determined to become recognized for my skills, but they didn't even give me a chance because I'm a girl!
  • So I decided to disguise myself as one, and my skills got recognized by you! Then you took me in for more training an we went out to sail a lot of times.
  • 
  • But you've all found out and now I guess I'm done for?
  • It's okay! I'm glad you came clean and don't worry you can still sail for me!
  • Okay then since we got all that out of the way and everyone except Andrew here told their back story to the reader over here and how the disease damaged their life, let's let him talk...
  • Well the disease spread actually impacted us by giving us a lot of new sources but... okay I'll shut up.

  • It started when the smallpox disease, the one you get red rashes all over your body, infected one of our people, and started spreading fast along the coastal regions to the interior Tlaxcala region. It was really scary.
  • Then the epidemic broke out in the capital. And since us indigenous people lacks immunity towards these diseases, a huge population loss happened.
  • And then, when my mom told me to go buy some stuff for her from the market, I got lost and ended up here! With you guys! my wonderful lads!
