The 1st one isTheFederalSupreme Council:The Federal Supreme Council, as the highest legislature and the executive body in the UAE, is the highest constitutional authority.

oh ok, so they have the highest authority in the country

The 2nd one is The President and the Vice President of UAE:The President is in charge of carrying out and upholding the laws passed by Congress, and he appoints the heads of federal agencies to do so.

And here i thought the president was the one in charge of everything

Yea, but not really

The 3rd being The Cabinet:the Cabinet's role is to advise the President on any subject he may require relating to the duties of each member's respective office.

The cabinet is like an assistant 

Yes, that is true

The 4th isTheFederalNational Council:According to the Constitution, the Federal National Council is responsible for reviewing and, if necessary, amending all proposed federal legislation.
