  • Stress is a state of emotional or physical tension. Stress affects us all differently, and we each deal with it differently.
  • But how much stress is too much? How will I get to know?
  • Symptoms of burnout begin with stress. If you are overstressed, you will experience sweaty palms, insomnia, fatigue, freeze, or trouble concentrating.
  • It was a pleasure to hear about Stress Management skills from you, Mr Principal. I will try to incorporate it into my daily routine.
  • Make mindfulness and stress management part of your daily routine. Take a walk outside, practice breathing exercises, meditation, and mindful listening.
