- Freud saw the personality as three sections, an unconscious, preconscious, and conscious. These include the ID, Superego, and Ego. The ID (rat man) being the irrational and impulsive side countered by the Superego, which is morality and logic, represented by the superhero "the good guy". These are balanced out by the judge or the Ego, which weighs both sides' demands and choses what to do.
- How Rodgers Sees Me
- Adler created the theory of birth order. Since I am the firstborn, he would see me as, the "perfect" child with high expectations and rule follower. My sister is the middle born, who feels misunderstood, and my brother is the last born, meaning he is agreeable and funny, and possibly absentminded.

- Conscientious
- Carl Jung thought that there was a collective unconscious, which means that there are commonalities in dreams and myths across cultures and religions. I compared the Egyptian reverence of the sun and the sun god to our hope for the sun and the heat it brings, connecting western culture to Ancient Egpyt.

- Rodgers sees people as innately good, so I put an angle in the middle, the epitome of goodness in Christianity.
- Costa & McCrae see 5 Big 5 personality traits. I see myself as mostly neurotic but also open and conscientious. The best way to be is not all of one, but a mix of them all.

- Bandura saw a pattern to how our personalities are formed. They are connected to our thoughts and likes/dislikes, where we are and who we are around, and what we do. This chart shows depression, being left out, and compartmentalization. How I dealt with my mental health, but not always in that order because that is not set in stone.
