- A girl (Julia) with a hurt arm walks by Winston and falls over. When he helps her up, she slips him a note that says "I love you"

- In the future, Winston and Julia see each other in London and there aren't feeling
- Winston stops caring about the truth that he wanted out for so long. He ends up "liking" big brother
