- AT THE COFFEE SHOP
- Hi Jessica how are you ?Can we quickly run through your plan to sort out this mess of mine .
- Hey so here was what I was thinking hey . Its a very simple plan but very effective. I'm going to call a meeting with top management including the CEO and then explain to him what happend and ask him if this the way he treats his workers and If its acceptable to him Im taking him to the labour court.
- AT THE SHOP
- Okay I must say that I think that will work and it will definitely scare them cause no company wants to deal with the CCMA.

- Coffee Shop

- AT THE CEO'S Assistant desk
- Hello Miss , I'm the shop steward of the company and I want to set up a meeting with the top management including the CEO could you please tell the boss its urgent .Thank and have a nice day .
- Good Day Miss no problem Ill schedule it and inform you when his free.
- Jessica expresses concern to Josh and wants to attend to all the concerns he may have seeing that she will be representing him soon.
- THE BIG MEETING WITH THE BOARD
- Good morning Miss .
- Good morning Miss . I hear that the was an urgent matter which needed my attention.
- Jessica and Josh rap up their meeting .
- BOARDROOM MEETING
- Wow that's rude and disrespectful.
- First of all I do not agree with the manner this was handled by Jeff and after all we all are one team and that is not how we go about things. I most certainly address the matter with Jeff and he will go and apologize for his actions.
- Jessica heads to the CEO's office to set up the meeting with his assistant.
- Everyone get together to discuss this big unpleasant event.
- Good Morning everybody. Yes Mr Williams. Mr Jeff had addressed one of his workers in a very inappropriate manner. Accused him of talking bad thing of him behind his back when he wasn't sure of the facts. And if this is how your treating your employees I will be taking the matter to the CCMA.
- The CEO expresses his point of view on the matter and what is going to happen.
- WOW , I really didn't expect that response , but thank you Mr Williams and thanks for your time .
