Storyboard Text

  • Act I
  • "Is love a tender thing? It is too rough, too rude, too boisterous, and it pricks like a thorn."
  • "If love be rough with you, be rough with love. Prick, love for pricking, and you beat love down."
  • Act II
  • "Romeo shall thank thee, daughter, for us both."
  • "As much to him, else is his thanks too.."
  • Act III
  • "I do protest I never injured thee, but love thee better than thou canst devise."

  • As soon as Romeo enters the Capulets party, he is flabbergasted by the beauty of Juliet, he knew immediately he was in love. He had completely forgotten about his old love Rosaline, and fallen in deep love with Juliet.
  • Act IV
  • "Love give me strength! And strength shall help afford. Farwell, dear father."
  • In the end of Act II, Romeo and Juliet decide it has become time to prove their love, therefore they get married in secret at Friar Lawrence's Cell.
  • Act V
  • "The dashing rocks thy seasick weary bark! Here's to my love!"
  • Romeo tells Tybalt he loves him as if they were family, and Mercutio found this infuriating, so her fought Tybalt, which Mercutio killed, and Romeo later killed him.
  • Act V (part 2)
  • "O brother Montague, give me thy hand. This is my daughter's jointure, for no more can I demand."
  • Friar Lawrence makes a poison to put Juliet into a deep sleep that will make her dead with appearance, but she will still have the slightest bit of life. She will be put into a tomb and then she will wake up 42 hours after the poison take affect waiting for Romeo so they can travel to Mantua so they can both be together.
  • "In this resolve, I'll send friar with speed to mantua, with my letters to thy lord."
  • Juliet acts dead, however Romeo actually thinks she is dead, however he runs into Paris while talking to Juliet's "corpse". They fought and Romeo killed Paris, after finder out Juliet is "Dead" Romeo killed himself and when Juliet wakes up seeing her dead husband, she takes Romeo's dagger and stabs herself.
  • "O true apothecary! They drugs are quick. This with a kiss I die."
  • The Families finally realize that they let their feud get in the way of their children's lives and love, causing their kids to take their own lives, now ending the family feud.
  • "But I can give thee more; for I will raise her statue in pure gold, that while Verona by that name is known, there shall no figure at such rate be set. As that of true and faithful Juliet
