I need to sleep by 10:00I should wake up by 7:00 Then have healthy food Then good practiceThen be back home Then eat good food Then finally follow the routine.

Maybe i should also use patern matching to solve my problem.
so lets find some similarities between things. Maybe not waking up on time, not focusing, and not following a routine belong to the same problem.

After thinking about it I think the reason of not focusing and not following the routine is becausei sleep late so i should start sleeping early to stop thoose problems
And the reson i have low potential and not be able to run might be cause of my diet. i eat too much junk.
