The Gem Hunt
Storyboard Text
- The chandelier was twinkling as Sam made her way to bed. She said goodnight to her family and looked at her dad's photo. She missed him so much and wished he was still alive. Then she went to bed. And something peculiar happened
- When she woke up, she went to say good morning to her family when she realized, not one other person was in the castle. Desperately, she ran to the streets, and no on was there. Then she remembered what her father had told her before he died, “When your left, find the gems, somewhere near to you ”
- She went back into the house and started slowly pacing back and forth wondering where the gem could be. She stopped and took a break. She looked up at the chandelier and noticed something strange. It was a silver gem and note! She went to them.
- Hastily she opened the note and it said “ Well done on finding the first gem, if you rub me I will give you a surprise. The next is somewhere only we know, deep in the forest where it always snows. "The cabin" Sam exclaims as she starts to rub the gem, then as she turns around, there is a dragon!
- Cautiously, she hopped onto the dragon and it took off. They where flying high in the blue sky above a crystal clear ocean. After a while, they finally made there way above the forest. Amongst the trees, Sam noticed a small wooden cabin. Slowly they started to decent.
- They landed on the ground and Sam went into the cabin. She looked for a little while and found the gem in a cabinet along with a note which read. "The next is somewhere near to home where you and I played all day long". Sam knew he was talking about the playground, so she ran to get on the dragon and took off.
