- ACTUALLY IT'S PRETTY INTERESTING. HOW BOUT I TELL YOU THE STORY OF CELL THEORY
- Once there was a man named Robert Hooke. One day he decided to check out a new invention called the microscope, he decided to put random objects under it to see what it does. He decided to put cork under the microscope, but when he did this he noticed box-shaped structures. He thought they looked like prison cells so he decided to call them cells.
- After hearing about the discovery of the cell, a man named Robert Brown was looking at the new discovery under his microscope and He also found that cells in plants and animals have a nucleus, the central part of an cell.
- Woah, this is cool!
- After hearing about Hooke's discovery, a man named Mattias Schleiden looked at plants under his microscope and noticed the same box-shaped structures Hooke did. After finding this out he concluded all plants are made up of cells
- WOW!
- After Theodor Schwann heard about both discoveries, he theorized that if plants tissue are made of cells, and animal tissue is made of cells, then all living things have to be composed of cells
- Woah, all living things are made of cells.
- Last but not least, a man named Rudolf Virchow was looking at cells and theorized that all cells are made of preexisting cells.
