- after the Fredonia rebellion a USA ambassador suggests selling Texas to the U.S. this makes Mexico very concerned. Meir y Teran runs an investigation and suggests for Mexico to act fast so they don't lose texas forever. consist worry about slavery becoming establish in texas like Mexico.
- The Turtle Bayou Resolution
- we surrender
- the law stopped immigration from the USA this upset the colonist because they had family in the USA. this helped stop the introduction of slaves it I'mposed taxes on taxes on goods. the colonist weren't too thrilled about this. all the colonists were mad about these laws.
- The Arrest of SFA
- this was the first serious conflict. Mean Bradburn was an American man but followed Mexican law. when the tax collector came around some colonists refused to pay. the colonist was mad about this and began to fight. the colonist lost because of the lack of firepower.

- while the colonist waited for more firepower they came up with a resolution The Turtle Bayou Resolution. Colonist declared their loyalty to the Mexican government the dined rebelling against Mexican authority. the colonist supported evil Santa because they thought he was a federalist.the held a convention and the SFAwas delivered to evil Santa.
- the colonist held a discussion to talk about the changes that needed to make in Texas. they made a list of requirements and sent SFA to Mexico.SFA wrote a letter saying that they need to form their own government. SA releases the immigration law. he decides to go back to texas but gets captured along the way. when he gets released he goes back to texas and people are not happy with the Mexican government

- SFA is still not back and the colonist is still upset at the Mexican government. the colonist refuses to pay their taxes because they claim other ports aren't paying. William B Travis comes back into the picture and forms an army to defeat Tenorio. the colonist writes an apology letter to General cos and he rejects it because evil Santa told him to.
