- In Feudal Europe, knights have expectations, it wasn't all about strength or skills that make you a good night,
- but the respect. Respect was one of the expectations.
- Overall being a good knight doesn't mean you have to have the strength and the skills, but the respect, expectation and actions you give to others.
- The expectations that were included in the chivalry code were to protect the weak and defenseless. Also to always respect women at any time.
- Why do companies need to have values? Whats the reason for values to be important?
- Since today companies had used values to show others the "codes" that the workers follow just like knights, they followed the codes of chivalry to show others their respect just like companies.
- Knights had values to be seen as good knights. And companies also have values to be seen as good companies. Since today we want to see the goods in companies that show it and not just say it, because if companies want to be a good company with good sales they have to show the values they say.
- Yes, that's right. Companies use values to prove and help the customers understand what they stand for.
- Here at Nike, our mission is to show inspiration to all customers. Inspiration is a way for our company to be seen as a good company. Inspiration is our main goal of our values
- I believe Nike does show inspiration to all the athletes in the world, yes some people might not be into Nike, but Nike does show athletes and everyone that they are an inspiration company. Nike shows the goods in this company. They don't just say it but they do it and show it. That's why I believe Nike is a good company.
- Inspiration is our main goal because we want to dedicate every single athlete in the world. Such as the knights, they wanted to show the goods in what they were capable of doing in a respectful way just like us!
