Satchel Paige lives with his mom and doesn't know much about his dad. Satchel has been wanting to play baseball since he was 2 years old and he can throw very well. And then he thought and asked his mom if he could play for a youth baseball team.
FALLING ACTION
after a few practices satchel Paige became the starting pitcher. and then came his first ever game. satchel was pitching the ball so fast the batter couldn't even hit the ball.
RESOLUTION

Satchel Paige began to play baseball for the rest of his career and he ended up playing in the Negro league because the MLB wouldn't allow any blacks. But he made the best at where he was at
Due to Satchel and his teammates being black they did not get to eat at a lot of places before their game or the best buses to ride on. but that did not stop them they all still played the game they loved .

As Satchel got older he got married and is in his second and last season. at his last game of the season he made it a big one Satchel strikes three people in a row and ends the game winning and making a record in the negro league
