- No one is perfect, but as Teachers we must remain determined and strive for success, for all students regardless of background, age, race, gender, ability and disability. There is always a way and utilizing UDL and differentiated instruction posses a greater chance at reaching them all.

- As a new Teacher, my strategy was to rely on my colleagues, families and agencies aiming for the same goal, to help children achieve academic and personal success.
