- Sorry Justin for such a late notice but I wanted to meet with you bc I feel that I haven't been getting paid the same as the male colleagues we make the same hourly, schedule the same hours, and are on the same level while working at this job. I love working here with this company but I feel that some gender pay gaps are going on and I would hate to resign.
- Maggie I am so sorry that I haven't noticed that this is going on...I was so focused on worrying about the company's profit but not my team. I will adjust your pay immediately we would hate for you to go as well but please take my apology into consideration
