Slide: 1
Did you hear what we are learning in health today Henry and Sophia?
No, I didn't. What are we learning?
What James?
Slide: 2
I heard it is called something like sexual orientation.
Hmmm. I have no idea what that means.
Never heard of it before.
Slide: 3
Good Morning class! Today we are learning about sexual orientation and why it is important
Class is going to be very boring.
Sounds like a very awkward topic
Slide: 4
Great question! Sexual orientation is who someone likes.
There are people who like the opposite, same, or multiple different genders than themselves or no attraction at all.
What does it exactly mean?
Nice question! You would be heterosexual if you like the opposite gender.
Okay class do we have any more questions about sexual orientation?
Slide: 5
How do you know what orientation you are?
The real names for these are homosexual, heterosexual, pansexual, and asexual.
It is all who you feel connected to and yes there are multiple more orientations.
Are there more than just those?
Slide: 6
This is kind of confusing. Why are we learning about this?
We are learning about this because it is important to be informed about it and so that we learn to respect others for who they are.
Slide: 7
We were wondering that too.
So if I like the opposite gender, what orientation am I?
Slide: 8
Nope, we don't think so.
Always remember to respect others for who they are!
Slide: 9
That was more interesting than I thought it was going to be.
Yeah, it was a little uncomfortable.
I thought it was boring.
