- Why? I did nothing wrong and you don't have a warrnt.
- We are here to search your house and take you into custody.
- The 8th amendment prevents any cruel or unusual punishment.
- The 5th Amendment keeps people being subject from the same offense twice.
- Mr. Thomas, this is your third time in court for stealing that car.
- The 6th amendment protects the rights of citizens to have a speedy trial so they don't have to sit in prison for years before heard in trial
- I have been here for 5 years and I have never got a chance of trial.
- It was only 50 dollars of damage!
- That dosn't matter it still costs me money!
- The 7th Amendment protects the right that where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trail by jury shall be preserved
