- I'm a bussiness owner and my employees are making $13 and hour and my party host are making $7.50 an hour
- due to this place being kid-friendly jumpy place most of the workers are younger. for the customer service industry constantly have an increase and decrease in employees can affect the companies money which can cause lose in product which is also a loss in money
- when there is a shortage is food supply or product the job becomes at risk of not having enough money. so they have to list the demand higher. if they cant sustain the first thing we will do is lay off employees.
- employee staff are constantly quitting and new workers coming in, considering this can affect how the park is ran because no one knows what to do . On busy weekends we can afford to have workers that don´t know what theyre doing
- once my managers and I built up a good employee staff, we started training them through all of our safety procedures. also we hired based off of position instead of rotations
- the employee staff tends to go on their phones a lot, give customers attitudes, and complain this can lead to a bad reputation on my company. Which can cause bad reviews and a decline in customers.
