Homes
Our houses were usually made of mud bricks and we liked to go on the roof because it was a cool place to relax. We also didn't need to walk or ride to work because most people worked at home.
Wheres my home?
Toilets, Shower Rooms, and Sanitation
To keep clean we would stand in mud brick trays and we would dump water on our heads. Our dirty water would run through a drain out of the city.
Great Bath and religious purification
We believed that by cleansing in the Great Baths that we were not only cleaning our bodies but that we were cleaning our souls. We would bathe before going into a temple or religious sight. We believed that only certain rivers like the Ganges River were holy enough to cleanse ourselves in.
Use of seals
We used seals to keep track of things we owned and to see if we had paid our taxes. We also carved images of our gods onto seals. You will have a hard time figuring out our language because it was not a written language.
Distant trade and trade products
You'll have a really hard time finding our money and that's because we didn't have any. Instead, we exchanged good which is known as bartering. Say if needed a donkey and I had a lot of chickens, I could trade fifteen chickens for a donkey
