- Alex and his sister Julie are stocking up on food after they learned recently that the moon was knocked out of its orbit, they received help from their uncle Jimmy and his friend Benny who stand guard so no one else can get any food. 
- Chapter 11 -Friday, September 30
- HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
- Alex goes to Yankee Stadium where they have dead bodies of women from Queens, and he hopes to find the body of his mother but he also doesn't want to find it because he still wants there to be a chance that she is still alive.  
- chapter 17- Monday, December 12
- Sorry the convoy wont arrive today due to the quarantine but check back in two weeks maybe. 
- What do you mean it said it was supposed to arrive today!
- Alex do you think we will be able to survive that long?
- Alex is sending his sister Bri to a covenant for future nuns, he sends his sister there so it will be better fro because the place will have electricity and three meals of food. 
- Chapter 19- Tuesday, December 27 
- Alex and Bri plan a birthday party for Julie and he invites some of his friends and  Julies friends so that even in these terrible times they can still make it feel like a normal life.

- Alex and his sisters are at the bus stop for the convoy that will take people to a safe place that has food and electricity but they need a ticket to be on the bus, and they have one but when they get there they see no one there but they find a guard and ask him where the convoy is but he tells that it was canceled due to the flu quarantine and they could try to come back in 2 weeks because that's when the next one is available.
- Alex and Julies sister Bri has been missing for two days and today they found her dead body in the elevator because as she was going up the elevator the electricity went out and she was stuck there.
