Well some things we can do are Be mindful of social habits Set limits on the amount of time you spend on social media Use social media for a good purpose like connecting with people who share similar interests and hobbies as you and connect with people who inspire you. Learn a new language, hobby, sport etc.Do some fun activities like exercising, painting reading or journaling
