- Hello there, today we will be learning about climate change. But first let's talk about what climate change is.
- Climate change are long-term shifts in temperature and weather. These changes may be natural but human activities are the main reasons for climate change.
- Factories produce greenhouse gasses which passes through the atmosphere. This is a problem because greenhouse gas makes the temperature hotter than usual.
- Climate change causes global warming when there's a rapid increase in the planet's temperature, air and water pollution. Greenhouse gasses are infecting the air and water. These temperature changes can increase the intensity of storms and raise the number of heatwaves we receive.
- Over time, climate change and more deforestation will likely lead to increased temperatures and losing their ability to generate its own rainfall, which will affect the regions forests, water availability, biodiversity, agriculture, human health, and food shortages. Food shortages can lead to endangered species.
- We can help slow climate change by limiting the amount of food we throw away and using electric cars to limit the amount of greenhouse gas in the air, and stopping coal, oil, and natural gas emissions would help restore balance in the rainforests.
