- Introduction of the character, Dr Jermey, who cannot sleep due to a buzzing noise in his head. Medium shot of him in his bedroom.
- Scene 4
- Dr Jermey goes to work, closeup shot of the water machine dispensing water into a cup, shows that he is working his job normally and nothing strange is going on.
- Scene 5
- Employee of the monthDr Greg
- A far shot that zooms in, the zoom will pan into him eating yoghurt with his friends who are wondering why he isn't speaking.
- Scene 6
- During neurosurgery, Dr Jermeys' thumb slips and barely just misses cutting his brain in the wrong spot. Low key lighting. A far shot of the hospital to a medium shot of the room.
- After being suspended for 5 days to rehabilitate, he comes back and realises that not only are people awkwardly staring at him, but he's no longer the employee of the month. Low angle shot of the door opening, which changes to a medium shot of them staring at him.
- During another neurosurgery, he was congratulated and people were clapping at him, which would normally not happen. He quickly realised that people have lost trust in him.
