- With rising global temperatures, all animals on Earth are affected by climate change. This caused them to face many challenges for survival and needs. This can lead to storms, heat waves, intense droughts, rising sea levels, and warming oceans.
- Effects in Nature
- Climate change impacts ocean temperatures and wind patterns. Together, they can alter oceanic currents. It weakens the ability of the ocean and coasts because they provide critical ecosystem services such as carbon storage and oxygen generation.
- How Climate Change affects the World
- Climate change affects human health and well being through extreme weather events such as wildfires or decreased air quality. It can also change the frequency of health problems.
- Climate change can affect natural habitats and the species composition of plants and animals. Ecosystems and species are affected differently by climate factors, and some of the changes in ecosystem composition will be irreparable.
