  • Goal - 1 First of all, we will reduce time to resolve customer problems quickly, so we are reducing a customer response time bt 10%. Happy customer means are good.
  • Goal - 2 Satisfied staff treat with customer very decently. Our company is increasing employees satisfaction by 5% in the end of year 2018. 
  • Goal - 3 From January 2019 organization is adding one more department in our staff to solve big issues which take more time to resolve. It will increase the the customer satisfaction by 15% till the mid of year 2019.
  • Goal - 4 From November 2018, we are improving self-help services by 10% to reduce the employees workload and reliability for customer. 
  • Summary Our main motive to plan these all goals to improve Help desk services.  We are reporting on following things: - Decrease the number of incidents    - Response time - Self-Help - Technical Escalation
