  • Oh wow! Political Institutions are indeed crucial in making and implementing laws.

  • Yes, indeed. But, aside from political institutions, the non-state actors such as NGOs are also helping in this time of pandemic.
  • Just like the Philippine Red Cross, they are supporting the health care systems and authorities. Awareness sessions were conducted regularly in communities including those that are particularly vulnerable to epidemics due to poor hygiene and sanitation conditions.
  • Oh wow! Both the political institutions and the non-state actors are indeed significant in our society.
