- Well my friends don't get along, and I think its because of one of them being white, and the other black.
- This shows the two conflicts, Person Vs Self- Jordan and his hard choices, and Person vs society, Racism.

- Sorry Bud, I moved to this new retirement home and have been so busy, also I don't know how to use it.
- Granpa, I missed you, where have you been, you never answer my calls!
- The Rising actions is us seeing that Jordan is upset that he has not been in contact with his Granpa, since Granpa does not know how to use the phone, and he just moved.

- The resolution is Jordan telling his friends that now all get along, that he is going to get off. After taking Granpa's advice, Jordan solves his problem.
