The story revolves about a vacancy in Research Team.Both participant are showing their strength and weakness in order to get the job.
In the end,both are acceptable as the Leader their expertise to complement each other.

- I'm Quanty - The Numerical Addict
- We have two candidate to fill in our research approach.On my left is Quanti & next to him is Quali
- Let them sell themselves and we'll decide who's the best for the vacancy.
- I am pretty sure my background in number & statistical will lead me to that post.
- Hold it right there Miss Quanty,I can get data from public by just talking to them.In fact,my data are easy to explain & digest.Plus,I understand human behaviour very well.
- I conduct experiment or statistical analysis to see the result. My conclusion is very objective.
- I am very structured person & able to work in large data.
- I can easily get data by having a survey through phone or any social media. And my data can be convert to numerical form as well
- For Mr.Quali,my concern is that : You can't mix well with the crowd In fact,you have some fear with number.
- Oh No,I've been trying to hide all this.
- I hope there is a hope for me.
- And you Miss Quanty, Seems like you can't really adapt to new phenomena.
- However,I need both of them to be in my team so that my research will give more impact towards the human being.
- Together we will achieve the best result for the research & also in life :P
