- INTRODUCTION
- Hello everyone, I am a student in 8th grade and I would like to teach you about the Transportation system of Georgia.
- Airplane system
- The first one is the airport system, the airport system is where people and goods are traveled from one place to another, the airport system is important to Georgia because if goods that come from another country or across the ocean then the train nor the highway system is fit for the job so it would be faster for airplanes to take or bring the goods from one place to another.
- Railroad System
- The second kind of transportation system is the railroad system , it is important to Georgia because it made it faster to transport goods such as cotton which made Georgia in a well and good economic state.
- Highway system
- The 3rd type of Transportation system is the Highway system this system is also a very important transportation system to the state of Georgia, it is important to Georgia because it connects Georgia's major cities and where citizens and people can travel from one place to another really quickly.
- Deep Water Ports
- The last of the Transportation systems is the deep water ports these water ports are located near Savannah, this system is also one of the most important systems to Georgia's economy and its citizens because if someone is going on a vacation and wants to go over seas to another continent or country then they might as well take the deep water ports because it can carry cars across also and other types of goods, such as imports and take exports.
- All of the 4 types of transportation systems are important to Georgia because if we did not have any of these systems then how or what way are we gonna take out stuff or go on vacations hat are not in our country it is thanks to these transportation system that we and Georgia is able to function correctly and that there are lots of jobs and employment rate that are high because of these transportation systems that we and the people of Georgia is able to work and have jobs.
