- Hi Jane, did you see the MS Teams group that was created by the Branch People Management for the completion of the Annual People Planner Questionnaires?
- Hi Joe, yes I did. I completed my questionnaires in less than a day and it is such a useful tool which emphasizes the importance of employees in the workplace. They are after all the most important asset in the workplace!
- Yes sure! Firstly, the Branch People Management created a Teams Group for the Department's Top Management and created channels within the Teams Group for the various Chief Directorates or Branch which will be utilized for sending Branch or Chief Directorate information. The General folder will be utilized for Departmental information or documentation.
- WOW! I'm so excited to complete the questionnaires for my Component. Do you mind explaining to me how to access Questionnaire 1 and 2 as well as the BI Data/ Information?
- Secondly, in the General Posts there you'll find two very important messages. The first message contains the links to access Questionnaires 1 and 2 as well as the BI Data/ Information link. The BI Data/ Information contains statistical data and any other supporting information which will help you to make certain decisions in the Questionnaires. The second message has the Guiding Document and the Step-By-Step Guide to access the Questionnaires and BI Data/ Information.
