- Hi Charlie. How's it going today?
- Hi Frank. I'm not too happy right now because I just bought this phone a week ago, and now it does not work.
- Ma'am...I bought this phone just last week. I have had many problems with it, and now it won't even turn on any more.
- Unfortunately that is NOT my problem sir. We don't deal with those problems. We just sell the phones.
- What do you mean it's not your problem? You sold me the phone, and now it's not working!
